Occam took over the management of the Apteco FastStats solution for Guide Dogs
Response One provided cold acquisition planning ensuring maximum efficiency and performance from acquisition campaigns
Occam reduced the size of the solution inherited from the incumbent from 100GB to 50GB to improve speed and efficiency.
Response One provided more control around cold data to ensure consistent results going forward
Occam have provided Guide Dogs’ Mosaic update on a weekly basis rather than quarterly allowing the client to target more people in monthly campaigns
Having won the five-year contract, Occam provided management of the Apteco FastStats solution, data enhancement and a stream of insight work which is allowing the charity to identify and target important customers.
Response One is providing cold acquisition planning ensuring maximum efficiency and performance from acquisition campaigns in combination with de-duplication and data cleansing services across both warm and cold data.
