Occam’s Zebra solutions are developed to meet business needs and provide an independent gateway for marketers to relevant data, technology and services. Technology is pre-built to ensure rapid deployment and the flexible architecture is built for speed and accuracy. Occam has developed a robust framework of solution components to support the rapid development and on-going support of customer and prospect database solutions.
Zebra has been designed as Occam’s solution that encapsulates all aspects of our technology and services. The technology is accessed through a web based portal that supports data management, analysis, campaign execution and reporting, integrating the following components:
- Occam’s Zebra application which provides visibility and control to clients for data management and access to the chosen software applications. Both the client and Occam are able to load data as and when required, update the database environment, review reports and apply suppressions to campaign selections.
- Development of a SQL server database environment that receives and manages all regular and ad-hoc data feeds. A powerful, flexible database environment is created to integrate all required historic information, along with the receipt and merging all regular and ad-hoc data inputs.
- The creation of a specific data model to help understand customer responses and transactions in order to support business intelligence and facilitate campaign management and analysis
- Development of a Campaign Management and Analysis tool to support all campaign planning and train of thought analysis by users.
- A suite of tailored campaign management reports designed to provide the information required to assess performance and aid planning
