Forrester, the leading market research organisation, has recently carried the very first survey of the UK Marketing Solutions Provider (MSP) landscape.  This included a pre-selection stage where around 30 organisations were assessed for their importance in the market; eight of these were shortlisted as having enough experience and installations to be considered serious players in the market.

For each of these 8 organisations in depth research of the organisation, its offering, strategy and customers took place.  This included both telephone and on-line surveys of every customer with an installed hosted database.  The results of the survey were then plotted on the following diagram:

Occam is confident of Forrester’s findings that show it is strongest on strategy and this will help drive our clients to become the best in the market for CRM; we are not the largest player which means we will provide the focus and attention to each of our clients; we don’t offer other services such as creative or fulfilment services which means we are expert at the areas that clients require support.
