Account Manager – Over 6 years of managing differing clients business requirements within a partnership environment across a number of sectors. Ensuring that that all services are delivered to agreed standards and ensuring that effective communication takes place between all parties, to reach growth and development objectives.
Valuable spare time is spent mainly with friends and family or on the football and rugby field trying not to injure himself.
Claire is an Account Manager with more than 20 years’ marketing experience gained in both established and start-up companies. A strong communicator, Claire’s strengths lie in co-ordinating requirements and facilitating the delivery of projects for clients on time, and within budget.
‘I’m a keen runner with a deep rooted dislike of gyms and treadmills so my spare time is spent running outdoors, usually with my dog alongside for company! Which then allows me to indulge my appetite for good food, whilst catching up with friends and spending time with my family’.
At present I am within the Account Management team working on the administration side, mostly involved in invoicing and reconciling figures! I originally started at Occam in 2002 and had have worked in various roles and clients within Account Management.
I don’t get much spare time as I have 2 children under 5 but that doesn’t stop me being a shopaholic!

‘I’m mad about rugby and try to get out on my bike as often as possible! Apart from that it’s time with my kids and keeping the four women in my life happy. To counter that a good pint of Guinness is a welcome relief’.
Gary, our IT Director, has over 17 years’ experience across most aspects of IT including database and application development and infrastructure services; he is driving continuous improvement across the range of IT services provided for internal and external customers.

Dougy, Insights Director, has over 20 years’ experience in the Insight arena ranging from the world of Academia through to the Financial Services sector and the Media sector, covering everything from BI through Data Mining to Market and Competitor Analysis and even utilising the softer side of Insight through Market Research.
‘It’s all about sport and music. Sport is preferably footie, golf, running, tennis, but anything as long as there is competition. Music is dominated by any kind of music that most people don’t like, preferably prog rock or obscure indie.'
