As a start, if you haven’t caught it already IBM recently published a comprehensive CMO study (LINK) which highlights the biggest concern from CMO’s was a under prepared ness with how to manage the explosion in data. The second was the impact social media is having on marketing and the third the growth of channel and device choices. A great chart to show the board if your looking at a rethink of your data/engagement strategy.
